I ended up contacting Temo based on some of the warranty materials the original owner had saved. I had been letting this task sit for quite some time and just never got around to it, because I thought it was going to be a huge amount of time. After contacting Temo, they directed me to their suppliers website where I could purchase the Latch Bolt. They even told me what to click on to help me find it right away. I had a brand new Latch Bolt the next day. How's that for customer service?
