Yes, our pergolas are made with Heavy Gauge aluminum, which can withstand 95% of hail storms when closed, and 99% of hail storms when open.

TEMO Fixed and Operable Motorized Pergola systems use heavy-gauge extruded aluminum, rather than relying on lightweight roll-formed construction for primary structural components.

Depending on configuration and project-specific engineering, systems can be designed for demanding wind conditions, including applications up to approximately 180 MPH, and snow loads up to 100 PSF.

Applicable TEMO pergola systems have also been evaluated by IAPMO UES for compliance with specified building-code requirements.
