TEMO’s Warranty Guarantees Peace of Mind

Adding a TEMO Patio Product to your home is a significant and rewarding decision.

At TEMO, we understand how important choosing the right sunroom, pergola, patio enclosure, and screen rooms is, and we pride ourselves on making the entire process as easy as possible. After you receive your product and the installation is complete, we want to ensure that you get the most out of your investment for as long as you have it. That’s why we back all of our products with the most comprehensive warranty in the industry – a limited lifetime warranty.

To the extent assignable, TEMO assigns to Customer any warranties that are made by manufacturers and suppliers other than TEMO of materials or goods incorporated into the Goods (e.g., skylights, insulated glass, actuators, control boxes, key fobs, and glazing). TEMO warrants that the Goods are free in all material respects from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service with proper maintenance for the lifetime of the original Customer; provided, however, that the foregoing warranty does not include, and expressly does not cover, any (a) labor or installation, repair, replacement, or maintenance services, materials, or goods or (b) materials or goods made by manufacturers or suppliers other than TEMO which are incorporated into the Goods.

The term for such warranties shall begin upon the original Customer’s receipt of the Good. Dealer or Customer shall promptly notify TEMO of any known warranty claims and shall cooperate in the investigation of such claims. If any Good is proven to not conform with this warranty during the applicable warranty period, TEMO shall, at its exclusive option, either repair or replace the Good or refund the purchase price paid by Dealer for each non-conforming Good.

To highlight our Limited Lifetime Warranty:
  • Materials – warranted to be free from defects
  • Aluminum frames (extrusions) – warranted not to peel, pit, or blister under normal use and service, excluding discoloration due to weather or sun exposure
  • Window hardware, glass, electronics, actuators, and glazing – warranted by manufacturer to be free from defects and to not fail under normal use and for the duration of their warranty period (varies by manufacturer)
  • Roof panels and polymer wall panels – warranted to be free from defects under normal use

Our TEMO dealers around the country are 100 percent committed to customer service, so feel welcome to contact them any time you have questions about your warranty or require replacement parts for your sunroom. Please contact your local TEMO directly for additional information.
