I needed a Latch Bolt for a storm door attached to my sunroom that was built in 2000. I ended up contacting Temo based on some of the warranty materials the original owner had saved. I had been letting this task sit for quite some time and just never got around to it, because I thought it was going to be a huge amount of time. After contacting Temo, they directed me to their suppliers website where I could purchase the Latch Bolt. They even told me what to click on to help me find it right away. I had a brand new Latch Bolt the next day. How's that for customer service? I was delightfully surprised and wholeheartedly recommend Temo for absolute superb customer service and quick responsiveness. By the way my Temo sunroom is over 22 years old and looks absolutely gorgeous to this day

Great Experience! Great Product! I've known Pat Semaan for several years. Pat helped us with a sunroom we had installed in Algonac, MI. We described our vision and Pat personally came by and made suggestions. He is very knowledgeable about TEMO products and answered all our questions. As a sunroom is a big investment, after talking with Pat we had no concerns. The sunroom has been in use for about 10 years and we have not had one issue. Would HIGHLY recommend Pat Semman and TEMO products!
